Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All JohnsPro package has track number. It will send via mail after you completed order in 2-3 working days. You can contact us for tracking your order or track it yourself. Or click link to track order TRACK ORDER PAGE
Once your order has been submitted, please send us a message via email for any correction to the address you provided. Correction requests after 24 hours will not be entertained and may result to undelivered packages. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser.
Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.
Most order payments will be processed and authorized within the next business day.
Once an order is submitted, credit cards will be pre-authorized for the total dollar amount of the order. Although the pre-authorized amount will show up immediately, this does not mean that charges have been made.
In addition to the bank’s authorization, JohnsPro software systems will run various authorization checks. If the order is not authorized by JohnsPro, the order will not be processed, nor will an order confirmation be issued. If this occurs, the customer will not be charged. It will; however, take on average 2-3 business days for the pre-authorized charge to disappear. In certain cases, it takes several days for the charges to go away.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen item after the package has been confirmed as delivered. To prevent your package from getting lost, please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery.
If the item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify the customer that the package has been returned. Our team will automatically refund our customer for the purchase; however, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We will try our best to ship out the purchased item within 1 or 2 Business days.
Most tracking information will update within 24-48 hours after the shipment leaves our facilities.
